Suitable for everyone, this talk in London is based on the book Modern Buddhism which reveals how all aspects of Buddhism – from the most basic to the most profound – can be applied practically to solve our daily problems and experience deeper inner peace and happiness.

In his new book, 'Modern Buddhism', Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso gives a special presentation of Buddha's teachings on compassion and wisdom in daily life that enables us to transform our lives, improve our relationships with others and look behind appearances to see the way things actually exist.

John McBretney was appointed by Geshe Kelsang as the Resident Teacher of Heruka Centre in Golders Green, London. A close disciple of Geshe Kelsang, he will explain how 'Modern Buddhism' enables us to solve our daily problems, such as stress, establish lasting peace and happiness within our minds and accomplish the real meaning of our human life.
