Loving Kindness Weekend Retreat

In this weekend retreat you will learn meditation-based solutions from Kadampa Buddhism to everyday relationship problems. Kadam John will teach and guide meditations on deepening our love for others and thereby solving our daily problems of stress, irritation and disharmony. We will also learn meditations that will help us maintain our feelings of affection and warmth for others even when they are being challenging. In this way we will come to live our life happily – in harmony with both ourselves and others.

Building Authentic Self-Confidence

Learn to develop real confidence through transformative meditations and positive ways of thinking. Many people suffer from low self-esteem and lack of self-confidence, such non-productive ways of thinking can greatly hinder our quality of life, and prevent us from being able to actualise our potential for growth and change.
