Overcoming Painful Feelings

With Resident Teacher, Kadam John McBretney

When our wishes are not fulfilled we usually experience unpleasant feelings such as unhappiness or depression. This is our own problem because we are strongly attached to the fulfilment of our wishes. Usually our wish to escape unpleasant feelings is so strong that we don’t find the time to understand where they actually come from. On this event, Kadam John will explain the nature and cause of unpleasant feelings and thereby gain the inner strength and confidence not to be derailed by them. This knowledge and understanding will open a doorway to a deep and profound experience of lasting peace and happiness.
