Overcoming Craving & Dissatisfaction

Finding real contentment

Saturday 16 May, 2:00pm - 5:00pm   |   Harrow Friends Meeting House, Harrow

Craving is a mind that is restless, unpeaceful, and dissatisfied. It leads to obsessive negative habits, constant frustration, and, like a moth to a flame, always ends in a painful experience. On this half day event we will look at Buddhist meditations and practical techniques that free our mind from craving and discontentment. We will learn how to become more peaceful and less addicted to external sources of pleasure so that we can find real lasting satisfaction and happiness from within. Everyone is welcome.
