Through combining meditation and practical Buddhist wisdom we can strengthen our ability to face life’s challenges in a peaceful, positive and constructive way. In doing so, we can transform our challenges and unwanted situations into opportunities for personal growth and development. In this day event, you will learn how to increase your self-confidence in transforming life’s difficulties, break reoccurring emotional patterns and find deep happiness from within.

Anyone can attend this meditation event; they are suitable for complete beginners and those with some experience. Everyone is welcome.
