With Resident Teacher, Kadam John McBretney

Fri 29 Sep to Sun 1 Oct   |   Tara Kadampa Meditation Centre, Etwall

Kadam John McBretney, Resident Teacher of Heruka KMC
Kadam John McBretney

Meditation is a scientific method to develop and maintain inner peace all the time by becoming good natured with a good heart. The Oral Instructions of Mahamudra are a special oral lineage of Buddha’s instructions transmitted by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. They are very precious and rarely found. The instructions are clear and unmistaken and are the very essence of Buddha’s teachings of Sutra and Tantra. Buddha explained that by attaining the supreme inner peace of enlightenment we will be permanently free from all mental and physical pain and problems such as anxiety, stress and disappointment, experience supreme, everlasting happiness and be of the greatest possible benefit to others.

Kadam John is the Resident Teacher of Heruka KMC in London. He is an experienced meditation teacher who received the Oral Instructions directly from his Teacher, Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.

Tara KMC is set within 38 acres of spacious lawns and woods at Ashe Hall, Derbyshire. This beautiful and peaceful location, within easy reach of London, is a wonderful place to find relief from the pressure and busyness of modern daily life.

These teachings are very suitable for those new to Buddhism as well as those who are already familiar with Buddhist teachings. Everyone is welcome.
