Heruka Centre is the main north London Buddhist centre of the New Kadampa Tradition, located close to Golders Green tube and bus station. Its purpose is to offer people throughout London the opportunity to learn about meditation and the practices of Kadampa Buddhism.Meditation classesWe offer meditation classes at the Centre and at over 20 other venues in and around London. The classes are suitable for everyone, from complete beginners to experienced meditators. The courses and retreats are suitable for everyone, including people with no experience of meditation, beginners and experienced meditators.
