Exit Rayners Lane Underground station (Metropolitan & Piccadilly line) and walk around the Newsagent to your left. Stay left on Rayners Lane and walk down past the parade of shops. At the traffic lights at the bottom of the road cross over the lights and keep on walking beyond the parade of shops. You will pass, on your right-hand-side, a road called The Close and small patch of green. The Friends Meeting House is just beyond the green, between The Close and Farm Avenue.
Parking is available at the venue and there is free on-street parking in the resident parking bays in the evenings.
About the classes
- There is no need to book and you can attend at any time
- Classes are for all levels and everyone is welcome
- Classes are self-contained and no previous experience is required
- The methods taught are beneficial to everyone, whether Buddhist or not
- At these drop-in classes people generally meditate sitting on chairs
- There is no physical exercise involved or any special clothing needed
