Exit Ealing Broadway tube station and turn right. Stay on the right-hand side of the road, cross over the roundabout and continue up Woodville Road. As Woodville Road begins to bend around to the right you'll see number 17 directly ahead of you. Enter the building and you'll find the meditation room straight ahead. Free parking is available at the venue car park. Please take care as you drive into the car park as the entrance is quite narrow.

These courses are based on Geshe Kelsang's book,
Eight Steps to Happiness which reveals how all aspects of Buddhism can be applied practically to solve our daily problems and help us to experience inner peace and happiness.

or at all major book shops. Each week essential meditation techniques and the topics shown below will be covered.
