available from the meditation class, from
Tharpa Publications,
or at all major book shops. In addition to covering
essential meditation techniques, various topics from The New Meditation Handbook
will be looked at each week as shown below.
Meditation and positive thinking: 8 Mar - 29 Mar (4 weeks)

Meditation and wisdom: 12 Apr - 26 Apr (3 weeks)

- Week 2: Creating harmony

Meditation classes in Golders Green are open to all,
beginners and experienced meditators alike.
For those interested in taking their
study and practice further, there are weekly Foundation Programme
classes at Heruka Centre on Sunday mornings, Sundays afternoons and Wednesday evenings.
