These courses are based primarily on the bestselling title
Introduction to Buddhism, by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso,
available from the meditation class, from
Tharpa Publications,
or at all major book shops. In addition to covering
essential meditation techniques, various topics from The New Meditation Handbook
will be looked at each week as shown below.
