Directions from Holborn tube station

Go out of Holborn tube station (Piccadilly line) and cross over High Holborn and walk up Southhampton Row. Cross over Theobald's Road and keep walking up Southhampton Row. Then take the first left onto Bloomsbury place. Albion College is on the right hand side of the street, (the last building before Bedford Place).

Directions from Tottenham Court Road Station

Take exit 3 from Tottenham Court Road station, (same exit as The Dominion Theatre). Go up New Oxford street and turn left up Bloomsbury Street. Take the first right onto Great Russell Street, walk past the British Museum. Keep going straight up Great Russell Street. Albion College is the first building on the left after Bedford Place, on the corner.

These courses are based primarily on the bestselling title The New Meditation Handbook, by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, available from the meditation class, from Tharpa Publications, or at all major book shops. In addition to covering essential meditation techniques, various topics from The New Meditation Handbook will be looked at each week as shown below.
