Voluntary Action Camden (VAC) is across the road from Kentish Town library. Look for a door between Snappy Snaps and Iceland which are near the corner of Kentish Town Road and Holmes Road. The classes are held on the first floor, just follow the signs. |

or at all major book shops. In addition to covering
essential meditation techniques, various topics from The New Meditation Handbook
will be looked at each week as shown below.
