The benefits of attending the classes

Directions from King's Cross tube station

From Kings Cross tube station, walk along Gray's Inn Road for approx 10 minutes and on your left you will see the red gates of the Calthorpe Project. The entrance of the venue is NOT through the red gates but slightly further down on your left through some smaller gates.

Eight Steps to Happiness These courses are based on Geshe Kelsang's book Eight Steps to Happiness which reveals how all aspects of Buddhism can be applied practically to solve our daily problems and help us to experience inner peace and happiness. Available from the meditation class, from Tharpa Publications, or at all major book shops.

Meditation classes in King's Cross are open to all, beginners and experienced meditators alike.
