About the classThis daytime class is a short introduction to meditation techniques. The session includes guided meditations and a short talk. A perfect way to get to grips with the basics of meditation.
Meditation classes in Golders Green are open to all, beginners and experienced meditators alike.
For those interested in taking their study and practice further, there are weekly Foundation Programme classes at Heruka Centre on Sundays. Find out more about Foundation Programme. top of page
