Directions

From Muswell Hill walk down Muswell Hill Road for approx. 3 minutes. Church Crescent has two entrances onto Muswell Hill road - if you are walking from the centre of Muswell Hill it is best to walk past the first Church Crescent entrance and take second road sign-posted Church Crescent. You will see the venue on the right-hand side not far from the start of the road.

From Highgate tube it takes approx. 15 minutes to walk or you can jump on the number 43 or 134 buses that run regularly up Muswell Hill Road in the direction of Muswell Hill. Watch for when you come out of woods because the bus stop you need for Church Crescent is just after this. Church Crescent has two entrances onto Muswell Hill Road and it is best to take the entrance nearest to Highgate tube. You will see the venue on the right hand-side not far from the start of the road.

These courses are based primarily on the bestselling title The New Meditation Handbook, by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, available from the meditation class, from Tharpa Publications, or at all major book shops. In addition to covering essential meditation techniques, various topics from The New Meditation Handbook will be looked at each week as shown below.
