Eight Steps to Happiness These courses are based on Geshe Kelsang's book Eight Steps to Happiness which reveals how all aspects of Buddhism can be applied practically to solve our daily problems and help us to experience inner peace and happiness. Available from the meditation class, from Tharpa Publications, or at all major book shops.

Meditation classes in New Barnet are open to all, beginners and experienced meditators alike.
