If you haven't attended this venue previously, then you may find it helpful to follow the directions below as the Meeting House is not visible from the road.

Directions from Old Street tube station

From Old Street tube station (Northern Line - Bank branch), take exit 6 to Old Street South. On leaving the station walk straight ahead along Old Street towards Clerkenwell and take the 2nd left into Bunhill Row. Then take the first right into Banner Street and then the first left halfway down the street into Quaker Court. The Meeting House is the other side of courtyard on the corner of a block of maisonette flats - walk under the archway and the Meeting House is directly in front of you.

These courses are based primarily on the bestselling title The New Meditation Handbook, by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, available from the meditation class, from Tharpa Publications, or at all major book shops. In addition to covering essential meditation techniques, various topics from The New Meditation Handbook will be looked at each week as shown below.
