Directions from Old Street tube station

Take exit 6 from Old Street tube station (Northern Line - Bank branch) onto Old Street South. When you leave the station walk straight ahead along Old Street towards Clerkenwell and take the 2nd left into Bunhill Row. Take the first right onto Banner Street. Halfway down the street take the first left onto Quaker Court. The venue is on the other side of courtyard on the corner of a block of maisonette flats. Walk under the archway to find the Meeting House directly in front of you.

Available from the meditation class, from Tharpa Publications, or at all major book shops. Each week essential meditation techniques and the topics shown below will be covered.
