Directions from Oxford Circus tube station

From Oxford Circus tube station (Central line / Victoria Line) take the Regents Street south exit and walk down Regents Street passing Natwest on your left. Turn left onto Great Marylborough Street. The entrance to the venue is on the corner of Kingley St & Great Marylborough St opposite the shop Liberty's. Take the lift up to the 5th floor and enter the Regent Room.

These courses are based primarily on the bestselling title The New Meditation Handbook, by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, available from the meditation class, from Tharpa Publications, or at all major book shops. In addition to covering essential meditation techniques, various topics from The New Meditation Handbook will be looked at each week as shown below.
