Meditation & modern Buddhism

To launch this new venue, there will be a FREE Public Talk given by John McBretney, the Resident Teacher of Heruka Centre.
During the talk, John will introduce the basics of meditation and Buddhism and will explain how, by practicing special meditation techniques, we can gradually solve daily problems such as stress and anxiety, and learn how to develop positive attitudes of mind that make our lives happy and meaningful.
There is no need to book in advance. Simply turn up and register when you arrive. Everyone is welcome. Venue details are provided below.
