Directions

From Wood Green tube (Piccadilly line), turn right out of the station onto High Road. Walk up for 2-3 minutes until you see St. Michael's Church on the corner of Bounds Green Road and High Road. Go round the back of the Church and follow the signs to the Parish Room where the class is held.

These courses are based primarily on the bestselling title The New Meditation Handbook, by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, available from the meditation class, from Tharpa Publications, or at all major book shops. In addition to covering essential meditation techniques, various topics from The New Meditation Handbook will be looked at each week as shown below.
