| The weekend meditation retreats run by Heruka Centre outside London are suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators. They provide the opportunity to engage in meditation practice without the normal distractions of daily life. |

Travel information Hotel Kadampa is 19 kilometres from Málaga International Airport. The drive takes less than half an hour. The taxi fare to the hotel is approx €25 (€30 on weekends and evenings). Fees are per person and include accommodation, teachings & vegetarian meals for whole weekend but do not include the cost of the flight to Spain. |
