We are delighted to announce that following the success of the recent Modern Buddhism Event in November 2013, attended by more than 900 people, Gen-la Dekyong has kindly accepted our invitation to return to London on Sunday 23 March.
The talk is suitable for everyone and will be based on two highly acclaimed books by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. These books — Modern Buddhism and How to Understand the Mind — are a special presentation of Buddha's teachings designed to help the people of the modern world.
You can get a free download of the book Modern Buddhism at emodernbuddhism.com.

Human beings know how to go to the moon but they do not know how to be happy! This is because they do not know their own mind which is the source of all happiness and suffering. In this talk, entitled How to Understand Our Mind , you can learn how to understand your mind and about the impact this will have on your life. Join in a guided meditation and experience for yourself the peace and freedom of a calm, clear mind. Please register in advance online or by phone. You can also turn up on the day. Everyone welcome.
