Meditations for a Happy Life: 4-week course
"When things go wrong in our life and we encounter difficult situations, we tend to regard the situation itself as our problem, but in reality whatever problems we experience come from the side of the mind.
If we were to respond to difficult situations with a positive or peaceful mind they would not be problems for us; indeed, we may even come to regard them as challenges or opportunities for growth and development. Problems arise only if we respond to difficulties with a negative state of mind. Therefore, if we want to be free from problems, we must transform our mind."

About the classes
These classes are based on Geshe Kelsang's new book, Modern Buddhism, which reveals how all aspects of Buddhism can be applied practically to solve our daily problems and help us to experience inner peace and happiness.
Classes include guided meditation, practical advice on how develop a peaceful mind, free from problems like stress, worry and anxiety, with time for questions and answers.

- Week 2, w/c 4 April: What We Should Abandon
- Week 3, w/c 11 April: What We Should Practice
- Week 4, w/c 18 April: What We Should Attain
Days and venues
Classes run Mondays to Thursdays, at 26 venues in and around London.
New class in Chelsea
Weekly meditation classes in Chelsea will be starting up in May.
