She is a modern Buddhist nun dedicated to helping people from all walks of life attain lasting happiness through developing inner mental peace. The talk is based on the latest book from Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, the founder of the New Kadampa Tradition, called Modern Buddhism — the Path of Compassion and Wisdom.
