Volunteering and Living at Heruka KMC
Heruka KMC is a registered charity that provides public benefit through the kindness and support of volunteers. Volunteering is a great way to make your life meaningful, learn different skills and meet new friends. You are welcome to help out for as many hours as you like.

Volunteer Visits at Heruka KMC
A great way to get to know the community is to come on a volunteering visit. You will receive free dormitory accommodation and meals in exchange for 30 hours help per week (usually spread over five days). You will have free time to explore London and discover the city life, and you are able to attend the different meditation classes held at Heruka KMC during your stay. Tasks are many and varied and can include gardening, household help, cooking, publicity, decorating and maintenance, as well as helping with meditation classes and courses.
Live at Heruka KMC
Living at Heruka Centre provides an ideal opportunity to stay in a peaceful, friendly and harmonious community with easy access to central London and as many meditation classes, courses and retreats as you could wish for, all on your doorstep. Available rooms vary from large ensuite rooms to smaller rooms with shared bathrooms. Shared kitchens are provided. Before applying to move to Heruka KMC you may wish to come on a volunteering visit.
